Stations of the Resurrection

The Way of the Cross, consists of 14 moments in the last 12 hours of the life of Christ and The Station of the Resurrection. This is a long established form of prayer in the Church especially for Lent. During Eastertide our focus becomes the Resurrection.

The Way of Light is intended to heighten the reality of the life and joy of the Risen Saviour in us. Like the Way of the Cross, the Way of Light is the journey heavenward, nourishing the pilgrim’s faith, hope and love. If the journey of Christian life cannot avoid the cross, the Way of Light reminds us that its destiny is the joy of Easter!

The full programme as a booklet with posters is obtainable from various Salesian parishes, on sale at Don Bosco or on the Salesian Mission website. You can also view, print or download the Stations of the Resurrection from the Latest Documents section of our downloads page, available in four languages.
